RENTALS

Tom Pollard & Co. Ltd., act as agents for landlords where we assist the owner in finding tenants to rent his/her property, collect the first months rent in advance and deposit from the tenants and arrange tenancy agreements.

We assist clients who are seeking rented property by showing them properties that are available for rental.  If the client wishes to rent the property, we can arrange a tenancy agreement and terms of rental with the landlord.

Finally when the tenant is vacating the premises, we will arrange the return of the deposit and the keys to the owner.

  For the Landlord
bulletIn our capacity as Letting Agents, we  work towards securing tenants for you by including your property on our current Rental Listing and arranging to bring any interested parties to view same.
bulletWhen we have secured a suitable tenant we contact the landlord to discuss details and on  approval we  proceed with organizing a Letting Agreement.

When considering letting a residential property the landlord should be aware of the Private Residential Tenancies Board, which was brought into effect by the Residential Tenancies Act 2004.  We advise prospective landlords to obtain a copy of the “Residential Tenancies Act 2004 - A Quick Guide” which provides a short summary of some of the main elements of the new legislation and which can be ordered on line at www.oireachtas.ie or from the following address:   Government Publications Sales Office, Sun Alliance House, Molesworth Street , Dublin 2.
