Tom Pollard  M.I.P.A.V. - CEO   

In addition to his in-depth knowledge of Residential, Commercial, Retail & Industrial development sectors Tom also has extensive expertise in the Public Sector, providing a full range of services to Local, Regional & National Government Agencies as well as the Non-Governmental Organisations and Voluntary Sectors.

His comprehensive range of services include consultancy and support to major developers and development organisations in areas extending from re-zoning and planning applications through large scale integrated master-planning projects to conceptual design for economic development and employment generation.

Declan joined the business in 1994. His present responsibilities span our  extensive commercial  sector activities  while maintaining  his position as our resident expert on Residential sales.

Anita heads up our New Developments Department while also managing  the general business operations . She has extensive experience in the high technology sector 

Brian joined the team in 2004 and is a negotiator on our Residential sales team.

Karen  joined the team in 2006 and is a negotiator on our Residential sales team.

Brid joined the team in 2002  bringing considerable experience in the financial services sector.   She divides her time between  EBS and our Sales admin. team, with direct responsibility for managing our extensive enquirers database  

Helen joined us in 2004.  As well as being part of our Sales admin. team she  has recently expanded her remit to head up our Residential Rentals department .

Karen, the youngest member of our Sales Admin. team joined us in 2005.

Annette has just joined our team and brings wide ranging experience in Sales & Administration.

Alice has  been the major influence, with Tom , in the development of the business since it's inception in 1988.  In recent years she has headed up our Accounts department.

Mandy is the newest member of our accounts department.  A qualified accountant she joined us in 2005 and focusses on management reporting.

Sarah is the newest member of our team and works both in our EBS agency and Auctioneering Sales & Admin. 

Perry  brings a strong track record in customer care to his role in our EBS team  which he joined in 2003.  In addition to Saving & Investments Perry also handles Mortgage Advice.

Ursula joined the team in 2003.  In addition to IT Administration and support she is involved in Commercial and Residential sales negotiation.

Jimmy is a consultant  and business adviser who works with the team, particularly in the areas of strategic and operational planning, organisation development and performance improvement.
